Updated on May 25th 2018 following the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), approved by the European Union (EU). This privacy policy explains how we use and disclose information when you visit our website, book a tour, or interact with us.

We are a registered company, Da Company LDA, NIF: 509324690, RNAAT: 406/2010. We are based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Personal Data collection
In order for us to process your booking we will ask you for certain information, such as your name, your email address, phone number, your payment information and other booking details. We also collect certain information from the device you use to access our website, such as your IP address, what browser you use and what type of device you are using.

Personal data usage
The main reason we use your data is to be able to process a booking through our website, and on request forms. We use your personal data to send you emails with relevant information concerning your booking and the city that you are travelling to.

Required information
You are not obliged to provide us with any of your personal data, however if you want to make a booking you will need to provide us with the information that is indicated as required on our checkout page. If you don't provide us with this information we won't be able to process your booking.

Share of personal data
In order to complete your booking we also use other online services, such as a payment platform (PayPal). We also use an emailing service (MailChimp), that will only have access to your email address. Where we engage a third party to process your data on our behalf, we make sure that they respect your privacy rights and that they process data in accordance with data protection law.

Data retention
We store the information we colect about you for as long as it’s necessary for the purposes of information request, bookings, payment and for the best tips about the cities we love.
